Many tint shops lay the film on the window and trim it to shape with a razor blade, right on the car. One slip scores the paint, nicks a rubber seal, cuts a defroster line or scratches the glass. We don't work that way.

What the price includes
- Starting prices cover the four side windows and the back windshield. Sunroofs, quarter glass and larger vehicles with extra windows are quoted before work starts.
- Prices exclude HST.
- Removing old or failed tint is an additional charge, quoted once we see the glass.
- The two front door windows are included in a light shade, to keep the clear view of the driver Ontario requires.
Why customers upgrade
All three films block 99% of UV and reject 95 to 98% of infrared heat, so every option keeps the cabin noticeably cooler. SunTek Evolve has the highest rejection at 98% with SunTek's registered warranty. Nano-Ceramic gives 97% at the lowest price. Solar Gard, at 95%, is for drivers who want Saint-Gobain's name and manufacturer warranty behind the film.

How to claim
Call or message us with your name, vehicle and roughly when the tint was installed. We look up the job, book you in, and replace the affected window at no charge if the film is at fault. Manufacturer-backed films (Solar Gard and SunTek) are also registered with the manufacturer at install.

Larger vehicles, extra glass such as sunroofs, and old tint removal are quoted before any work starts.

How long we need your vehicle
Most cars are done in two to four hours. Removing old tint adds time, which we tell you about when you book.
What to expect afterward
Leave the windows up for three to five days while the film cures. A slight haze or small moisture pockets in the first days are normal and clear on their own.

What it does not do
- Any shade preview on a screen is illustrative. Your existing glass and the light outside change how a film looks on the car.
- Darker is not the same as better heat rejection. That comes from the film, not the shade.
- We advise on Ontario's tint rules but cannot guarantee a setup will never be questioned at the roadside; the rules are applied by the officer.
Questions about window tinting
Rear side and back windows have no VLT limit in Ontario. Front door windows must allow a clear view of the driver from outside, so we keep them light and recommend 70%. On vehicles made in 2017 or later, aftermarket film is not permitted on the windshield apart from a strip above the AS-1 line; on older vehicles it must not substantially obscure the interior. We advise on current guidance but the rules are applied at the roadside, so we cannot guarantee a setup will never be questioned.

Yes. With ceramic films the heat rejection comes from the ceramic layer, not the darkness, so a 50% or 70% Solar Gard or SunTek Evolve still cuts a large share of infrared heat.
